There is “petty” and then there’s putting that in writing. Petty notes live right at the intersection of frustration and atristry. They are passive-aggressive masterpieces. Often, they can be written by people who have zero patience left in their tanks. Here are 17 petty notes that serve to provide some of that proof that people occasionally opt ofr handling conflict with a pen tape and just enough restraint to avoid yelling.

1. Not my type, sorry

2. Programmers are sensitive
