1. Andrew Cunanan

In 1997, Cunanan drifted across the country during a weeks-long killing spree that ended in Miami. His case drew international attention after the murder of the famous designer Gianni Versace.

2. Anthony “T.J.” Solomon

Solomon was a 15-year-old student in Conyers, Georgia. He opened fire at Heritage High School in 1999 and was apprehended at the scene. He later received a lengthy sentence under Georgia law.
