Some of these meals are so confusing that you might question if someone actually paid for them. Others are just straight-up disasters that leave you wondering what the chef was thinking. Creativity in food is great, but there’s a difference between bold and just plain bad. These restaurant fails are perfect examples of when food should have gone straight into the trash instead of onto someone’s plate.
1. The lettuce wraps at this restaurant could not look less appetizing
2. “I was looking for a restaurant to eat at, and this was one of the photos THEY posted.”
3. Someone ordered this Caesar salad from a local restaurant for just $15
4. Someone should be arrested for these wings
5. Ladies and gentlemen, the most unappetizing pizza ever created
6. They call this a quesadilla?
7. $18 for 5 pieces of shrimp is an abomination
8. This ‘bruschetta’ was served at a restaurant, and yes, that’s an entire ball of mozzarella

10. There’s nothing like getting your pasta in a plastic bag
11. There’s too much crust for comfort here
12. For the low price of $30, this entree is yours
13. “A $20 cheese steak sub I just got from a restaurant.”
14. Yum, grey tuna sashimi at a buffet
15. The cheese was an extra $7
16. Here’s another sub-par cheese steak
17. Whatever restaurant calls this pizza needs to be charged a fine
18. “My local restaurant serves this mac and cheese as a side for $6.”
19. This guy ordered coconut chicken from a Japanese restaurant, and they used McDonald’s chicken nuggets as their chicken
20. You can’t call yourself a steakhouse if you serve something like this
